organizationalPARTICIPATE TO THE CONFERENCE You can register by filling out the form on the "Registration" page, by logging in with a CCSD account or by creating one. There is no registration fee for the conference. The 4 lunches (Tuesday to Friday) and 2 dinners (dinner aperitif on Tuesday and gala dinner on Thursday evening) are covered by the organization of the plenary session. The Wednesday evening dinner after the open lecture at PLUS is free. Participants cover their accomodation and travel expenses. The organization can cover the accommodation of non-permanent staff on the basis of a shared double room with breakfast at the youth hostel L'Escale. This support is guaranteed until April 1st or for the first 30 non-permanent registered. The reservation of these rooms will be made by the organizers. A request option has been added to the registration page. Besides, depending on the success of funding requests, the maximum number of requests will be satisfied, within the limits of credits and available rooms. SUBMIT A CONTRIBUTION Oral presentations will be given in French or in English for non-French speakers who wish. The materials (slideshows and posters) will be written in English. The correct size for posters is A0 portrait.
